"Besties" | Buttons and Bows Classic Kit

Hello Everyone, Lynn here to share my first layout using this month's B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L  "Buttons and Bows" Classic Kit. This kit is so pretty and girly and there's still a few left!!
We are having a sketch challenge this month and it includes a prize!! Play along with us and create a project using this sketch. You don't have to use a Noel Mignon Kit to play along, but if you have one we would love that!! Upload your project to our September Sketch Album for a chance to win a Buttons and Bows Daily Diary Kit!! The prize is for US RESIDENTS ONLY. You have until the end of the month to enter. One winner will be randomly picked so come join us. Here's our sketch.

Our sketch this month is courtesy of our very own DT Member Laura Whitaker. You can visit her blog at  http://scrappinaroundtheclock.blogspot.ca and her instagram account at
https://www.instagram.com/whitakerlaura/.
Here's my take on the sketch.

I kept fairly true to Laura's sketch but I replaced one of the photos with a cluster of layered embellishments.
Included in the Buttons and Bows Classic Kit is a bottle of white Ranger's Enamel Accents. Enamel Accents is a dimensional, opaque medium that dries to a shiny gloss and creates a faux enamel finish. It gives a 3D look to any project and can be used on paper, wood, metal, glass and plastic. It comes in 12 gorgeous colors and it's fine tip allows for detailed decorating. I created simple small circles with the Enamel Accents.
Notice the adorable paper bows on my page? In this month's kit are two sheets of precut paper bow pieces by Fancy Pants including directions on making these bows in various sizes - they're super easy to create and add dimension to any project.

Here's a side view of my layout so you can see the dimension on the page.
Thanks so much so stopping by today and we hope you will join us in our sketch challenge this month! The prize is well worth it!! Enjoy the rest of your week!!
